ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a new receptionist who wants to join our fantastic spa team at Grand Hôtel!

Our spa visitors consist of hotel guests, external spa and treatment guests, as well as our members.

The spa also features a shop selling clothing, jewelry, gift cards, and spa products.

In the role of receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Checking in all our visitors.
• Receiving bookings via phone, email, and over the counter.
• Selling products and gift cards in the shop, as well as ensuring it is well-presented.
• Serving food and beverages to guests in the spa.
• Ensuring the spa area and changing rooms look neat and tidy.

This role requires both independence and close collaboration with your closest colleagues as well as other departments, both within the spa and the hotel. You are the guest's first impression and are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Since our guests come from all over the world, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

Working hours vary and are distributed across mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a reliable team player with high energy levels and a strong work ethic.
• Enjoy juggling multiple tasks and have the ability to switch between different duties effectively.
• Love providing 5-star service and have a natural smile.
• Have a warm personality, high energy, work well in a team, and are solution-oriented.
• Have previous experience from the service industry, within hotels or reception, which is a plus.
• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
